Statement of Philosophy The Mary, Seat of Wisdom Athletic Program is a supplemental activity to the student's educational experience. As such, all children will be given the opportunity to participate in any athletic program provided they follow the published guidelines. All athletic programs are integrated in the Catholic Christian tradition of the school. We are committed to developing the "total" student by integrating good sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership into the key learnings of the student/athlete's experience. Parental/guardian participation is expected to aid in achieving this goal. Mary, Seat of Wisdom does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, national or ethnic origin in its admission or hiring policies, educational programs, loan or scholarship programs, athletics or any other school-administered program. |
