Before school (7:00 – 8:05), children keep busy reading, playing with the many toys and games, completing homework, or watching videos.

Preschoolers who attend from 10:50 – 3:00 have lunch, engage in free play inside or outside, and have structured time working with manipulative type projects to enhance their knowledge of the alphabet, numbers, shapes and time.  There is also story time, rest time and weekly art projects.  Parents provide a sack lunch and a mat for naps.

After school (3:05 – 6:00), children are separated by age group and have scheduled homework and snack time.  They are then engaged in a variety of activities.  They go outside (weather permitting) or to the gym for exercise, participate in arts and crafts projects or play with the many games and toys.

The EDP program also offers rotating extra-curricular activities such as sculpting, cheerleading, aerobics, photography, gymnastics, dance, tae-kwon-do, basketball and ballet.  These on-site programs are usually one hour sessions that meet weekly for six to eight weeks and are offered at additional cost.   Field trips are planned for school half days and in-service days for a small fee.  On in-service days, EDP is open from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
