Attention MSW school families who are making tuition payments using TMS in the 2011/12 School year: 

2011 TAX forms will be available to families who have TMS accounts through TMS.  (If you paid your tuition in full, statements are sent out at the end of January.)

Visit www.afford.com  You will need your User Name and Password.

Click on the Print Student Statement option to get a copy of total paid for the 2011 year.
