Media Center
The Mary, Seat of Wisdom School Media Center is comprised of the computer lab and the library, providing a collection of books, reference materials, electronic databases, software and internet access for student research. Media Center teachers work with classroom teachers to create instructional plans and media experiences for students. Students in grades K-2 visit the Media Center for story time once a month; grades 3-6 attend sessions to acquire basic library and research skills; and, grades 7-8 attend a media class for one trimester each academic year. During eighth grade, students apply their media skills to an independent or small group research project.
