Safe Environment/Virtus Training
The Archdiocese of Chicago requires anyone who interacts with our children to be in compliance with the steps outlined by the Office for the Protection of Children and Youth. The steps include completing an online background check, submitting a DCFS Cants form, completing the form from the back of the Code of Conduct booklet, attending a “Protecting God’s Children” Virtus workshop and reading the follow-up bulletins. All steps in this process must be completed before beginning any volunteer position, as per Archdiocesan requirements.

DCFS Cants Form
To print out a copy of the DCFS CANTS form from the Archdiocese website click here.
This form must be returned to the Safe Environment Coordinator in the School Office. DO NOT SEND DIRECTLY TO DCFS.
Code of Conduct Booklet and Form

Please use the form marked "Employees/Volunteers". This form must be returned to the Safe Environment Coordinator in the School Office.
